Information concerning carriage and payment conditions, and calculation of delivery lead time

A. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard delivery of goods is only available to the countries listed below. Depending upon the scope of your order, delivery will be effected by either DPD, DHL, Post, UPS or by haulier. You can take the delivery costs applying in each case from the table displayed below. 

If you require carriage to any other country, please write to us via email prior to ordering (support[@]pl-concepts.com), stating the article and quantity, and the delivery address with the country and applicable postal code. We shall then inform you as soon as possible, whether we are able to deliver to the country required and, if delivery to the required address is possible, we shall inform you of the carriage charges — we need to ask our delivery partners in advance for availability and costs.

Free of charge delivery for orders above a gross value of EUR 25 to Germany and Austria. Flat shipping rate of EUR 3,50 for orders below a gross value of EUR 25.

Free of charge delivery for orders above a gross value of EUR 49 to the countries mentioned above. Flat shipping rate of EUR 9,90 for orders to those countries below a gross value of EUR 49.

B. PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer the following methods of payment, as long as nothing else is specified in the relevant product description. Other payment types are not offered and will not be accepted:

Detailed information concerning individual payment methods:

Payment via PayPal: PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. & Cie S.C.A. You will be automatically transferred to our partner, PayPal. Once there, you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account, and authorise payment.

Payment by credit card: If you choose a form of payment from the payment service provider Stripe, payment is handled by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. With Stripe we enable easy and secure payment by credit card. The following credit cards are supported: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. After submitting your order, you automatically will be referred to the secure payment form of our shop. You must enter the name, credit card number, expiration date here. The final confirmation of your payment immediately credits the payment amount to our account and we can ship your order.

Payment by SOFORT Überweisung: You have the possibility to pay via online bank account with STRIPE SOFORT Überweisung. In order to pay the invoice amount via STRIPE SOFORT Überweisung, the customer must have a bank account with PIN / TAN procedure. Payment is encrypted, directly on the website of STRIPE SOFORT transfer. The settlement of the payment by means of online bank account takes place via the payment service SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany. Please note the terms and conditions of SOFORT GmbH.

C. INFORMATION ON CALCULATION OF DELIVERY LEAD TIME

The time for delivery starts running on the day following order completion and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday in the destination country, then the next working day applies instead. We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries. Delivery times are not altered in the event of partial delivery and additional shipping costs do not apply.

Delivery times:

Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain: 3-5 Days.

Delivery time to all other countries listed above: 5-7 Days.


D. GUARANTEE

Terms of our money-back guarantee:

  1. Irrespective of any statutory right of revocation, we grant you the right to return the goods to us within 180 days. 
  2. The period of the money-back guarantee begins on the day upon which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last of the goods. The prompt dispatch of the goods is sufficient to comply with the time limit. 
  3. The goods must be returned to the following address: PLConcepts GmbH & Co KG, Oberlaaer Str. 70, 1100 Vienna 
  4. The return of the goods is at your own risk. 
  5. The goods must be in their original packaging, complete, unused and undamaged.
  6. You shall bear the costs for delivery and return of the goods. 
  7. Under the foregoing conditions, we shall repay you the purchase price and any costs arising for the delivery of the goods, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days following the day upon which we receive the goods. We shall use the same means of payment for the refund as you used in the original transaction, unless it has been expressly agreed with you otherwise. 
  8. This money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory right of revocation or any other applicable rights.
